Scott Pace Scott Norman Pace (born 1959), is the current Director of the Space Policy Institute at the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. He is also a Professor of the Practice of International Affairs there. ==Biography== Scott Norman Pace was born on January 23, 1959 in Burbank, Los Angeles, California, USA, the only child of Ord Boorem Pace and Nobie Kamei.〔(Register Report thomasgenweb.com Descendants of Henry Masters & Mary Boorem - SCOTT NORMAN PACE, page 8 )〕 In 1975 while in high school he attended a program for advanced science students, the Summer Science Program. In 1980 Scott Pace received a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Harvey Mudd College and went on to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he got Master's degrees in Aeronautics and Astronautics and Technology and Policy in 1982. On the 10th of January 1987 he married Dana Johnson.〔 He finished his Doctorate in Policy Analysis from the RAND Graduate School in 1989, with a dissertation on "U.S. Access to Space: Launch Vehicle Choices for 1990-2010." He received a Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from MIT in 1982. His B.S. in Physics was received at Harvey Mudd College in 1980.〔
